Add Configurable File Size Limits for Competition Submissions

Hi Codabench Team,
I’m a user organizing a competition on Codabench, and I recently encountered a need to restrict the file size of submissions from participating teams. Currently, I didn’t find a clear way to set custom file size limits for submissions in my competition.

This could be an interesting feature. For now there is no way to do this.

Not sure exactly what motivate this need?

This is somehow naturally regulated by user quota. When you make a submission, it is filling up your own storage quota.
