Build Instructions

We need instructions on what tools are needed and how to clone/fork and the build this application.

Instructions on how to install this onto and Android phone for testing would also be helpful.

My thought was that we could put this in the README.md, but to make things easier, if you add a comment here with the instructions, I can update the readme accordingly.
