Use k-NN to impute plot data for study area using reference plots

Using the methodology set out by Hudak et al. (see here) as a guide, estimate potential AGB increases in non-reference plots by imputing AGB increases from nearest neighbor reference plot(s) as determined by Landsat and GEDI data.
