[Feature] Improve Re-arranging of Spaces and Rooms

Current Behavior:
Currently spaces, and rooms can be reorganized in the Lobby of a Space, but there is no way to rearrange the Space icons on the left sidebar, or if there is, it isn't obvious through conventional means (ie: dragging the icons up and down to rearrange them like in Slack, Discord, Element, Cinny, etc).

Feature Request:
The ability to click, hold, and drag Space icons to rearrange them on the left sidebar, similar to Discord / Element / Cinny
