Cannot edit emotes (/me) in commet. Also edited emotes do not update. #829

Describe the bug
Emotes generated via the /me command cannot be edited in commet. Not only that if you do edit them (via another client) they do not update, even if you restart commet.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- In a chat room issue an emote example:
/me foo bar - Right click, no option to edit
- now open element, right click and edit the emote
- Check the results in commet and other clients.
Expected behavior
The presence of a means to edit emotes, and edited emotes getting updated appropriately to show the new content.
