[Feature Request] GIF Favorites

One thing holding many people back from switching from Discord is that there currently is no way to favorite a gif like in Discord, where it's a separate button with only your favorites, one way I have seen this proposed is either through just keeping the list client side (worse, since no syncing), and another way would be to have a channel where you send gifs and all gifs in that channel get added to the favorites button

it would be simple enough to add to account data i think , ideally as mxc urls though
