Bug: Error while saving after adding pattern in CoModIDE

Which pattern generates the error and which version of the plug in are you using?

I had the error for all patterns used until now. I recently rechecked with Provenance, Agent Role and Participant Role. While playing around I realized that my ontology was saved. Only the comodide-metadata ontology wasn't saved, so the error is probable there?

I had the issue with the last release published in this repo here as well as with the jar-File created from the master-branch today. Is there a newer version?
