Improve support for Auto-Generated ID elements

Currently, when new ontology entities are added using the "auto-generated ID" option, CoModIDE will show the auto-generated ID of the entity instead of the rdfs:label attribute.
Also, new entities created using CoModIDE bypass the auto-generated ID definition, and use the user supplied label as the name of the entity (instead of using rdfs:label to store it and generate an ID).

Good idea; I'm not familiar with how that part of the Protégé API works, but it would definitely make for a more consistent user experience. If you'd like to submit a PR for such functionality we'd be happy to take it. Otherwise we'll put it on the todo list for the next major version.

Hi,

There's an introduction to the GitHub workflow (forking a repository, making changes, submitting a pull request to upstream) at https://docs.github.com/en/get-started/quickstart/hello-world

The PR itself isn't particularly difficult, that is just some clicking around in the GitHub GUI. Writing the underlying code to adapt CoModIDE to use these naming preferences/APIs is likely to be a little more complicated.

This should be tackled by adding an option to src/main/java/com/comodide/views/ConfigurationView.java to display (and edit) rdfs:labels via the cell mechanism, rather than the name of the class.
