Update to support Inter 4 & Inter Tight

Hey folks! I discovered this awesome initiative not long ago.

I was wondering, should I open a PR to upgrade the Inter font json data to v4.0 and to add the new Inter Tight (AKA Inter Display) to the list?

Since you made all the tooling available to generate new fonts I figure it would be better to ask first
or just simply to put a request to upgrade to support these new fonts.
