Hi Veit,

I hope you are doing well.
Please see the attached screen shot. I am trying to analyse two condition with 59 replicates in each locally (and online as well) but for some reason it is throwing me the following error. I checked the matrix for any infinite value but I don't see them.

Hi Santosh,
Thanks for reporting this. There can be several reasons and I will need to see the data to find the reason.

Maybe you can send me your data set via email? You can remove the protein IDs.

Another possibility is to go through OmicsQ as the software "cleans" the data before submission to the different Apps like PolySTest.
