Work out DDF/Alliance compatibility issues #328

Describe the bug
There are some versions of DDF and Alliance that don't install replication due to missing bundles, features, or other dependencies. We need to identify these for each version listed in our compatibility matrix and update the code to include these in the replication kar.
AC:
Include all the fixes needed to support DDF and Alliance versions in the 0.3.x repo.
A second set of eyes to hero the work and make sure the feature installs when deployed, starts up (feature:list | grep replication), and the UI in /admin/replication is viewable and working.
To Reproduce
Build replication and copy the output kar file into a DDF instance's deploy folder. Errors will be shown for incompatible instances of DDF.
Expected behavior
Feature installs on all relevant DDF versions
