[Bug] folders' notifications no longer showing

Describe the bug
After installation (or of dotto+), badges on folders no longer show. Problem persists after deletion, iCleaner being run, and restart of device

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Queue dotto+ For installation, which automatically queues libappearancecell2.
2. Install both the tweak & the library3.

Expected behavior
Badges still show on folders

Device Information (please complete the following information):

• iOS Version: 14.3
• Device: iPhone 12 Pro
• Jailbreak + Bootstrap: Taurine + libhooker

Additional context
It is possible this is due to another library/tweak combination, but I am still testing to figure out which could be the culprit
