repeated notification: restarting server failed from update 1.2.3

Hi,

Since the new 1.2.3 update, I get spammed (every 100ms) with the following output and notifications:
[error] Error: Client is not running and can't be stopped. It's current state is: startFailed

If i use v1.2.1 or if i point to that version of pasls.exe (while using 1.2.4) it doesn't happen, so I'm not sure if it is a bug or a mistake in my settings.

The issue is still there in 1.2.5, i have to point to the old pasls.exe for the notifications to stop

Try 1.2.6 ,I fixed this bug.
