Feature Request: Add link to SteamGridDB page upon downloading metadata

I think it would be very useful to some users who regularly rely on SteamGridDB to add a link to a game's SteamGridDB page when downloading metadata from that entry. This would allow users to quickly access the SteamGridDB page for a given game via their Playnite library.

How this would be implemented is as follows:

• A toggleable setting "Add SteamGridDB page link" is included in the Add-ons > Extensions settings > Metadata Sources > SteamGridDB menu.
• While the toggle is enabled, and metadata is downloaded for a game from SteamGridDB via the extension, the extension will add a link entry with a name of "SteamGridDB Page" and a URL of https://www.steamgriddb.com/game/<SGDB ID>
• If another SGDB page link already exists in the game's Links with a different URL, then it gives the user the option to replace it with the current URL being downloaded from.
