Two small issues

Thanks for publishing this plugin. I was able to install it from NPM, and got it working. There are just a couple of issues I've noticed:

1. The temperature is sometime set 1° off. For example, when I set it to 70° in the Home app, the thermostat actually gets set to 68°. I'm guessing this has to do with a Fahrenheit to Celsius to Fahrenheit conversion.

2. The heating/cooling state isn't always shown correctly. I'm not sure what the expected behavior is, but when the thermostat is set to heat, the status shows as "Off", even when the unit is running, as seen here:

I may dig into this myself and submit a pull request if I solve them.

For #1 - I don't know how to fix this. I experienced this same behavior with the previous homebridge. The CT50 communications in F only. The homebridge has a setting to either communicate in C or F. When setting it to F, it still seems to expect C input/output. If it would simply communicate with the iOS device in F, it wouldn't have this issue. I think there is a bug in homebridge or homekit. Please feel free to poke around, I'll definitely accept a fix :)

For #2, I have experienced this during development. Right now, it is working fine for me. In order to fix it, I believe stopping homebridge, deleting the .homebridge/persist folder and setting up HomeKit again fixes it.
