New featute: handle .csv files directly.

I copy/adapt into your plugin the action.php file from:
https://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:markdownextra

Then the .csv.txt files are automatically parsed as CSV.

Let me suggest you to include this feature in the official plugin.
