Feature request: Parameter for aggregate table syntax to ignore showuseras conf setting #751

When creating a struct aggregate table
and the conf setting for showuseras is set to Users Full Name as interwiki link
then the ability to double click the username entry in the struct table and change the name is not obvious.
You have to click an empty part of the same cell to edit it. Clicking the username you want to change links to that user's public page.
For some users this is not logical, especially those that have used the double click anywhere in the cell for years when using a different template (Bootstrap / default templates) with a different show user as setting

It would be good to have a configuration parameter in the struct aggregate syntax to enable/disable/overrride the showuseras syntax
