Teams / available partners message

• The bot automatically sends a blank current teams / available partners message (like the blank submissions list) in ⁠#seeking-partners with a button
• In order to let people know you’re seeking a partner, you press the button, and press it again to cancel yourself
• When you find a team it will automatically remove you from the list
• When a team is formed or updated, the current teams part is edited to whatever $teams would output
• It unpins the bot message when task is ended
