command that gives a cp map given the szs, for custom tracks
ideally, to make this as native as possible, it should first binary decode the SZS to atleast get the kmp and kcl, then read the checkpoint numbers and coordinates off of the KMP, and get other information from the KCL to make it like the normal cp maps.
