Sequence in update

Can i create a sequence pipeline when im updating my xr?
For example if I want to change a value in my xr and that change affects some resources. And i want some resource will update before others. Can i declare in my composition that thing?

function-sequencer only affects creation of resources. Updates are handled by the composition logic.
