This issue is to track review of these failures - I will focus on the TV sets that only fail 3 observations and the observations those TV sets fail.
TV # 1A fails 3, TV # 2 fails 3 of which one is different, TV # 3 fails 3 of which 2 are the same as the others and one different, TV # 11B fails 2 both of which are failed by the other two.
