show explicit warnings to test operator to disable picture processing

From cta-wave/Test-Content-Generation#83, it seems TV set picture processing, particularly for motion improvement, needs to be disabled before running the tests & that this may need to be done twice, once for SDR and once for HDR.
TV sets may change settings automatically when encountering HDR content.

Can the test runner generate messages to the operator before a run prompting them to take actions?

1. Always show it on the landing page for DUT
2. As option 1, but only on TV DUTs (via UA)
3. On the configuration page on mobile device especially when tests with HDR content is selected.
4. Both options 1&3 or 2&3

The difficulty may be that in order to adjust HDR settings, the TV likely needs to be playing HDR content, in the same source as the tests.
It would be helpful if that could be facilitated before starting the tests.
Without HDR content, the operator may know what they need to do, but may be unable to do it.

@nicholas-fr how about adding a test which just plays an HDR Video (sequential playback) and asking the tester to take action to disable picture processing and confirm that action has been taken (e.g. with OK RC button).

It's a good solution but it needs to be very carefully communicated about what is pass and what is fail.
