Add support for CJK characters

At the moment the CJK characters take up a single space in the tables.

Example:

Taking into account the monospaced font in VsCode, such characters should report length of 2 to produce a similarly formatted table:

After some research and experimentation with the default font of VsCode on windows and linux, I think that the following ranges should be supported:

CJK Unified Ideographs Extension A	U+3400	U+4DBF	6191
CJK Unified Ideographs Extension B	U+20000	U+2A6DF	42676
CJK Unified Ideographs Extension C	U+2A700	U+2B73F	60
CJK Unified Ideographs Extension D	U+2B740	U+2B81F	27

@ziben: do you think this range would work?
Please note that the characters from extension blocks C & D are not supported by the default font.

I checked also other Unicode characters that are outside of this range, but their lengths varied between 1, 1.5, 2 and 3 characters wide in VsCode with the default font.
Examples: Ɋ, ஃ, அ, ண
That why I think that this issue should focus only on the CJK characters sets mentioned above and avoid creating unintentional side effects for other characters.

I see that not all characters end up with a width of 2 characters in VsCode from your example. I will investigate a bit further to see what the possibilities are and how this is handled by others.

Chinese and English characters and punctuation have different widths.
Not easy to achieve,
Unless a monospaced font is set.
