Describe the bug
Due to recent changes in the CDK bootstrap template - fix(bootstrap): disallow AssumeRole with ExternalId by default (#811) · aws/aws-cdk-cli@ac7a24c, where, by default, the roles created by CDK are blocked for any external entity to assume them if no external ID check is provided
How to Reproduce
Perform the cdk bootstrap CLI commands and then check the CDK roles
Expected behavior
Solution - Adding --no-deny-external-id to the CDK boostrap CLI command
