Provide detailed instructions for installing miniconda on Linux

I like the information provided on the set-up page, particularly on the use of conda as a package manager. I, however, haven't seen detailed instructions on setting it up on a Linux machine. For example, sometimes, conda is not automatically added to the path. Also, the instructions seem only focused on Mac OS.
