Redivis instructions for non-Stanford people #1

It would be great to have some documentation on how (or whether) this can be done without Redivis or with the Redivis free tier for non-Stanford folks. Redivis grants 10GB free scratch to "individual accounts" but I am not sure about API access. If this tool were available and easy for non-Redivis-subscribing users, I think it could have a bigger impact. (Great work team! :)
