Introduce Data::Printer for Debug Output

Recommend Data::Printer for cleaner, coloured debug output. Optionally include comparison with Data::Dumper.

I might be inclined to have a whole chapter on the options for this, then use the one you prefer throughout the book. I'm a big fan of core Perl and I think that people should be aware of the core way even if you don't use it later.

Lately I've been dumping with JSON (just data, no Perl objects) because it's easy to read with jq if there's nothing else.

But, I also like this snippet which I steal from Mojo::Util, and this is how I steal it each time:

$ perldoc -m Mojo::Util | grep "sub dumper"
sub dumper { Data::Dumper->new([@_])->Indent(1)->Sortkeys(1)->Terse(1)->Useqq(1)->Dump }
