No positional data for the Purkinje cell axon #9
Description
The Purkinje cell axon is constructed and contains no pt3d information, when used as a template for morphologies in the BSB this means no compartments are constructed. Let's add some sensible 3D information to the axon. It's not used for any connection types but it might look nice on a plot.
