Show the number of FPS and add dependency on Boost for boost::chrono

An easy way is to use std::chrono, but this requires C++11.
An alternative is to add a dependency on Boost - which can also become useful in other use cases such as OS-independent listing of files within a folder, or OS-independant serial port communication.
