Project lacks contribution guidelines #15
Description
Currently the project doesn't provide any kind of contribution guidelines.
Let's do it so we don't have more situations like this one, where a potential contributor couldn't help due to the lack of information in advance.
A link to the Atom Flight Manual could be a simple, good start.
