Cannot rebroadcast after Bluetooth disconnection #2

Hello, I am using your arduino library ESP32-ANCS-AMS-Notifications
In use, I can connect to Bluetooth normally and receive messages normally, but once Bluetooth is disconnected, it cannot be reconnected. I don't know why Bluetooth cannot restart broadcasting. Even with the example code, Bluetooth also has this problem.
