Attempting to encrypt the file results in an error:

Unhandled exception. Internal.Cryptography.CryptoThrowHelper+WindowsCryptographicException: Cannot find the requested object.

Okay so this ended up being an issue where the current nuget package does not support password. So when you create your pfx file just don't provide a password and everything will work fine.

@shyftkenney If you want to provide a password you can but with additional steps. The version on github has an implementation for password support, however it's not released on nuget.

You can download the repository then compile it and use the Console to encrypt with password using --password, you will also need to add the project of ConfigCrypter to your current project instead of downloading the package until a new version is released.
