Captions doesn't show on mobile when drag thumbs

Hi! when using this component on mobile (iOS safari, google chrome on android, not sure what other browsers...) when you touch the thumb sometimes the caption tooltip appears, but once you move the thumb, the caption dissapears, it is releasing the :active when you start moving.
