Some examiners still have issues with self-assigning #1313
Description
We addressed some issues with self-assign in 6.0, as described in #1256:
While debugging the first issue we ran into issues on Windows and Mac. Self-assignment seemed to always unavailable on those platforms while there never seemed to be similar issues in Linux. Tested with Chrome 110.0 (RHEL 8, Windows 10 and MacOS), Safari (MacOS) and Edge (Windows 10).
With 6.3 we still get reports that some examiners have issues while it works well for others. One had trouble with Chrome, and got it working after switching to Edge.
