Deadlines and daylight saving time (DST)

With Django's timezone support Devilry handles most time-related issues relatively seamless, but we have been made aware there is an issue with deadlines set before a clock change, i.e.:

• an assignment created before wintertime with its first deadline at 23:59 after wintertime will result in the deadline being 22:59.
