This is my favorite feature in Google Assistant, which allows you to select text for copying.

A "screenshot" command probably wouldn't be too hard, I think the assistant role even has special screenshot privileges.

That image could be sent to an OCR app.

First seems to be mainly for developers, second seems like a decent app for users.
