Full color support #46
Description
Currently, the ruby-dicom library supports the following two color modes: RGB and PALETTE COLOR. However, it would be nice to support the other variants of Photometric Interpretation (0028,0004) as well, such as:
- YBR_FULL
- YBR_FULL_422
- YCbCr
