GCC compilation errors

hej,

thanks for the addon, works fine, but while compiling master (28f3e9f) on ubuntu 32bit, i stumbled upon the following build errors:

1. i had to include stdint.h in ofxSQLType.h for uint64_t, fixes error: ../../../addons/ofxSQLite/src/ofxSQLiteType.h|19|error: ‘uint64_t’ does not name a type
2. ofxSQLiteSimpler redeclared, i commented out the constructor in ofxSQLiteSimpler.cpp, already declared in ofxSQLite.h
