Add Windows OS Support

Currently, opencode-scheduler does not officially support Windows OS. This issue proposes adding Windows compatibility so users can install, configure, and run the scheduler on Windows environments.

Hello, has the Windows adaptation been completed? I saw in the README.md that a Windows version is available, but after trying it, I found that tasks cannot be executed successfully; for example, opening the calculator task has been created successfully, but when executing, it failed.

I created my own app that creates schedules on windows and can also use opencode, claude code, gemini, qwen, or custom as driving model for schedules tasks:
