Can commands be added to plugins?

After adding a plugin in opencode.json,
when issuing a command in natural language (non-English) to add a scheduled task,
the system fails to recognize the plugin and instead has the large model create and run its own plugin.
However, when I manually specify "Schedule a job :" followed by a non-English instruction,
the plugin functions correctly.
Therefore, could we convert the various capabilities within the plugin into corresponding slash commands for mandatory invocation?
