CI building and uploading the boot image #3
Description
It should be easy to rebuild the boot image with GitHub actions, probably on tag pushes rather than all pushes (so that just changing the autoinstall configuration would not trigger an unnecessary rebuild.)
We need a place to upload it to, probably on YTL servers. An S3 interface has been discussed.
