get_agent_data() does not provide enough information

I'm using both get_queue_data() and get_agent_data() functions where get_queue_data() provides all the output data regarding the queue, yet get_agent_data() provides only two columns of all the mentioned data and does not provide information regarding the agent type itself.

This is correct, get_agent_data does not provide the class name for the agent. In order to figure that out, you're going to have to create a function that maps an agent's agent_id to the class name. There are two ways to do it.

1. The agent_id is a 2-tuple where the first slot is the edge index of the queue that created it. This means you know the queue-server that generated the agent. When you know the queue, you know the AgentFactory that created it so you usually can figure out the class name of all agents from that queue-server (the exception happens when the AgentFactory doesn't spit out a particular agent type deterministically).
2. Modify the AgentFactory for your queues so that the agent_id is a 3-tuple where the third slot is the agent type.
