Add Visual Studio compatibility mode switch #4
Description
Currently the test run creates a single instance of a TestClass, initializes it and then invokes all the TestMethods one by one.
Proposal is to add a -c switch which makes the test runner create separate test class instance and initialize for each [TestMethod].
