Enhancement Request - Bootswrapper Accordion

Would it be possible get this plugin to play nice with the BootsWrapper plugin accordion feature? When I use include to include panels between tags, the collapse feature doesn't work properly. The sections do open and close when clicked; however, opening a section doesn't close the rest.
