[Database] Making database works with PSQL and SQLITE

Hello,

The framework works well with mysql, but it seems to not be able to handle psql database like what's writing on the doc.
Also, I think it would be a good idea to make it work with sqlite, to allow people to quickly test and try the framework.
It could be usefull also to allow sqlite to deploy light doppar app on shared hosting server

Open to discuss about that, and contribute if i find some times

I hope you’re doing well. Yes, in the current version—the first major release—SQLite and PostgreSQL are not supported as per my plan. I do intend to add support for them after the initial release.

That said, if you’d like to contribute and add this earlier, please feel free to go ahead. I would really appreciate it.

Hello @techmahedy , I hope you're doing well. I will see to add PostgreSQL and SQLite. But it needs to refactor a lot of code to make the code accept more drivers. I dont have so much free times at this moment because of my job, but will help to review and code
