Webapp no loading

Hello.
Thanks for this code, the idea is great.
I have uploaded to my webhosting, but the HTML index file won't load at all.
am new into this so i dont know if there is anything wrong am doing.

is there a documentation or help to let us know how to upload and work the HTML or how to make the android app for this?
