Add chapter video addition from any link source.

Expected Behavior

Any user input link for a chapter video must be rendered for playback in the chapter.

Current Behavior

Only accepts videos uploaded via Mux.

Possible Solution

Use react-player's lazyloading to detect and load the appropriate player that renders a video.
