Add a how to the readme

• Add How? section to the readme
  • mention operations and how to measure the speed of one
  • include examples of different data structures (with pros and cons of each)
  • include examples of 2 sorting algorithms being used on a list to show how an algorithm can effect processing time. (Introduce bigO here)

Have not yet included bigO. I think I underestimated how much could and would be going into this readme.

I will make a separate issue on bigO.
