User Story
Als Event Admin möchte ich beim ersten Speichern eines Events automatisch ein internes Projekt in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud anlegen lassen, um Budget‑ und Kostenverfolgung im Standard‑ERP zu ermöglichen.

**Akzeptanzkriterien**

Feature: Auto‑create project
  Scenario: Create project on first save
    Given no S/4 project exists for the event
    When the event is saved the first time
    Then a POST to /API_ENTERPRISE_PROJECT_SRV returns 201
      And the ProjectUUID is linked to the event
```

- Messagedialog “Project created successfully”.  
- Project link (deep link) in side panel.
