Description
Purpose
In certain cases, Configuration Users may want or need to ask Access, Public, or Share-Link Users to agree to or at least acknowledge local terms of use before the latter are able to actively run or interact with an environment created and shared with them. These terms may be extremely Organization, collection, or object-dependent; an additional, non-technical piece of access control.
Gap Analysis
Users can and will be able to interact with environments that have been shared to their account, according to the read/write application permissions under which that environment has been created or shared. Non-technical/policy-driven forms of access control like terms of use can take place entirely outside the EAASI platform. This idea may intersect with #33
